About Kim
I am a native from North Carolina who has lived in the historic district of downtown Southern Pines with her family since 1988. I have been married to my best friend Todd since 1984 and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
I have been an active leader in the Sandhills community for over 20 years, including serving on many Boards, working with non-profits, schools, the Chamber and the Town of Southern Pines.
I have been fortunate to have a successful real estate career since earning my NC Real Estate Brokers license in 2002, as well as designations as Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Transnational Referral Certification.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, art and international travel.
